The Junkers W-34 is a German low-wing, metal-structure single-engine passenger and transport plane. It entered mass production in 1926. The plane was produced in many versions, with different engines and chassis types. About 1,000 of this machine were manufactured for civilian airlines. The machine was also used by the Luftwaffe (under the designations W-34 hi and W-34 hau). About 2,024 aircraft of this type adapted for military transport were produced. At the beginning of 1944. The Luftwaffe had approx. 1,134 W34 machines, which were used in aviation schools. Technical data (version W-34hi): length: 10.27m, wingspan: 17.75m, height: 3.53m, maximum speed: 265km / h, rate of climb: 5.2m / s, maximum range: 900km, ceiling maximum 6300m, weapons: permanent - none, suspended - up to 300 kg of bombs.
