The Chantiers Aéro-Maritimes de la Seine (CAMS) 37/2 and 37A are a French biplane seaplane with a distinctive wing assembly. The lower wing was mounted on the upper part of the fuselage, and the upper wing was above the fuselage. The engine, in turn, was located under the upper wing. The power unit was a Lorraine 12Ed engine with a power of 450 HP. The flight of the CAMS 37/2 flying boat took place in 1926. In the years 1928-1934, about 110 aircraft of this type were built for patrol and reconnaissance functions. These planes remained in the French Navy until the 1940 campaign. After its completion, until August of that year, they served in the Vichy State, and single units in the Free French forces. Technical data: Maximum speed: 185 km / h, maximum ceiling 3500 m, maximum range: 1200 km, armament: fixed - four 7.7mm Lewis machine guns, suspended - up to 300 kg of bombs.
